Policies

Reservation Fee

A non refundable reservation is required to schedule an appointment. The reservation fee will be applied towards the cost of your service. In the event you do not show up, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel/reschedule without 48 hours notice, your reservation fee will be forfeited and serve as payment for the lost appointment. Reservation fees are non refundable, no exceptions.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

48 hour notice is required in the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or the reservation fee will be forfeited,

this includes no-call/no-show. An additional reservation fee will be required to make a new appointment.

Late Policy

To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and your reservation fee will be forfeited. An additional reservation will be required to schedule a new appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please understand that last minute changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you must reschedule an appointment, 48 hours is required.

Follow Up Policy

A Touch Up visit is required for each new permanent makeup client. Touch ups are no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 6 weeks after your 1st visit. If your touch up isn't done in the allotted time period, it's considered a new appointment and charged full price. Annual colour boost (or touch ups) are to be done annually, with in 12-18 months (for microblading) or 18-24 months (powder style brows) of your last appointment (follow up visit) to qualify for the lower priced colour boost. There are no exceptions to this policy.

There will be an additional charge for clients who exceed those time frames

In order to receive a treatment you must be over the age of 18
There is a £30 non-refundable deposit charge to secure your booking that will go towards treatment
You must not be pregnant in order to receive treatment, and please allow 12 weeks post pregnancy breastfeeding. Also note, no refund will be processed if you fall pregnant between both sessions of your treatment
You do not have any history of herpes infection at the proposed procedure site
You do not have epilepsy, diabetes, allergic reaction to latex or antibiotics, hemophilia or other bleeding disorder
You do not have cardiac valve disease or suffer from any heart conditions or take medication that thins blood
If you suffer from hepatitis, or other risk factors for blood-borne pathogens exposure, or any other communicable disease, you have informed the technician
The services are allowed to be declined if doctors documentation is not presented when required. Not older than 24h prior treatment
You do not have any keloids, and you are not prone to keloid scarring
If you have previously had any Semi-Permanent Make-up done, please make sure to send over a clear photo before booking.
Please be prepared to heal for a minimum 2 weeks, including no sun exposure/sunbed, no heavy exercise or water contact. The treated area will begin to peel after several days, and an after care ointment will be provided to aid this process.
Slight redness may occur, but this will subside shortly after your treatment
